Quality Inn & Suites Gilroy

i booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, tv and a microwave oven. the location was exceptionally nice - just a walk down to everywhere i wanted to go. the area was good, an easy base for me.

We found the Quality Inn & Suites Gilroy to be very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best one we have ever had. It included cold and hot cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, Danish, toast, and coffee and juice. The breakfast room was very inviting having enough space to sit comfortably while watching the local news station. Fairly easy access from the highway. We would highly recommend it.

It is worth of money paid. I booked this on Sunday of labor day weekend, dropped by Gilory after went to Santa Cruz for outlet shopping. $79 plus tax, including breakfast. It is very close to Gilroy outlet mall. Good location. Everything is close by. 3 gas stations around corners next this hotel. Internet was fine, was dropped for few times. Breakfast, in regard to my son, he loves it. hmm... It doesn't have sausage. No whole scramble eggs. But egg whites 'scramble'... healthy. I saw one pouch egg, then before I left, didn't see any new. Well, I'm not crazy about it. :) For budget hotel stay, this is fair good. We even enjoyed whirl pool for 30 mins, no one was using it. :) It was too cold to swim in the pool. The room was clean, it provides necessary things. Staff was nice/considerate(asked me if it was okay to stay on 2nd floor) and eager to answer all the questions. If you have large luggage, don't recommend on upper floor unless you have extra energy to lift them. I don't think it has elevator.Only 2 floors. For me, that wasn't a big deal. I only have one roller bag.

Initially felt a bit smell once opened the door. After that, didn't feel that much. Well, got to remind that, for this price. If this 'little' smell can be 'worked' out, that will be great.

Very nice and clean. Close to theme park and restaurants/shopping. Nice variety for breakfast and filling; not your typical cereal/muffins only. The pool and jacuzzi were a hit!

The room was very clean and welcoming, the staff were very pleasant and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was average but to be expected. If I go to Gilroy again I will stay there.

Beds were comfortable. Climate control in the room was cooperative. Room was clean and recently renovated. Well located to Gilroy Factory Outlets.

No one told us that the breakfast room closed at 9:00 a.m. We almost found out the hard way!

We had a cozy stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, which was perfect for our family of three and our cat. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to unwind, and we loved the BBQ grill area for family dinners. The pillows could've been softer, but overall, we really enjoyed our time and would recommend it for fun family stays! 🌊

Easy location from sj airport

Staff couldn't find reservation; toilet not clean; mold on shower/bath caulking; heater blows curtain up so air doesn't get into room. No blanket for cold nights - I don't like hot rooms. Online, this looked like a regular Ramada, which it is not.

The king room was a nice size and brand-new for the value. The breakfast was good with a lot of delicious options. Its location was handy, right by gilroy on business, the outlet mall, restaurants and shopping and Outlet stores. The staff were well managed, ready to any request...

Solo traveler's adventure with a twist

Had a strange but funny encounter with a friendly staff who went out of their way to serve breakfast. Even made the waffles for us, and they were surprisingly good! The room was clean, and I felt comfortable despite the oddities around.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but was still acceptable for what I got.

Wanted to use the Laundry facilities but the washing machine was too dirty to put my clothes in

Good hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. The staff helped me quickly with a TV issue during my first stay. Highly recommend for great service. I'm coming back next year!
